About Me

Terry Wieczorek is a member of The National Association of REALTORS®. That means more to me than the words can express. My Father was a REALTOR® and as a kid growing up in South Omaha and Ralston I always wanted to follow in his footsteps. Taking advise from his father, Terry worked on a frame crew throughout the summer months during his High School years, building custom homes and eventually becoming the Team Lead. Initially Licensed as a Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson, in 1977, Terry left the RE market upon the death of his father in 1980. Terry changed career paths eventually building a $35 million International Software Company with his wife Julie. After a long successful career in IT, Terry was able to re-enter the Real Estate Industry in 2019 by building a Metro Real Estate Team responsible for $20+ million in annual revenue. Team building and interacting with clients with honesty and integrity are Terry’s strengths.
