About Me

In 2004, I joined the Army Reserve to serve our country.  In 2010, I graduated from UNO with a bachelors in Real Estate Land Use Economics and obtained my Real Estate Brokers License in 2011.  I began my Real Estate Career as a Right-of-Way Agent and negotiated land for road, sewer, bridge, trail and beautification improvement projects for multiple Nebraska municipalities.  In 2012, I joined the City of Omaha Public Works Right-of-Way team, and in 2018, I joined the Planning Department working with developers on the acquisition of City of Omaha property to build single family, duplexes, multifamily, mixed use, commercial projects as well as the rehabilitation of existing structures.  I have twelve years of extensive real estate negotiation experience, eight years of construction management and four years in Planning and Development, all in the Omaha metro area.  I have conducted over 700 real estate transactions over the past 12 years.

I knew at the age of 16 that I wanted to be involved in Real Estate and pursue it as a career and a lifelong passion.  I absolutely love, love, love Construction and Real Estate.  There is no better feeling and accomplishment than owning your own home or better yet an investment property.  I purchased my first foreclosed home at 23 years old, while still in college.  I flipped it, lived in it a few years, rented it out and sold it at the top of the market.  I am a firm believer that the equity in your home and owning Real Estate can be a tool to grow your wealth, as well as provide a stable home for you and your family.  In 2017, I had the opportunity to facilitate the acquisition of land for our primary residence, design, plan and coordinate the general construction of our custom home and also learned a ton along the way.

Outside of Real Estate, I’m busy enjoying family time with my son Joey and my husband Joseph Evans.  We love to spend time as a family hanging out, cooking, building things, exploring, biking, boating and traveling to new places.
